Abid Ali
Founder & Conservation LeadAbid Ali is an evolutionary genomicist and conservation biologist working across wildlife research, field ecology, and community-based conservation. His work focuses on threatened and overlooked species, conservation genomics, habitat assessment, human-wildlife conflict, biological sampling, and field monitoring in northern Pakistan.
As Founder and Conservation Lead of Khyber Nature Society, he aims to connect science, local knowledge, students, communities, and wildlife staff to support practical conservation action for biodiversity and ecosystems.
Muhammad Noman Khan
Endocrinology & Wildlife ResearchMuhammad Noman Khan is a zoologist and endocrinology researcher with experience in hormone biology, animal physiology, genetics, laboratory research, field surveys, and biological sample-based studies. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Université Laval, Quebec, Canada.
At Khyber Nature Society, he contributes to research linking endocrinology, wildlife health, reproduction, stress physiology, and conservation biology.
Dr. Zahid Ali
Geospatial Research & Field Survey DesignDr. Zahid Ali is an Assistant Professor of Geography at Government Degree College Garhi Kapora, Mardan, and a geospatial researcher with expertise in GIS, remote sensing, field survey design, habitat assessment, and environmental data analysis. At Khyber Nature Society, he supports survey planning, spatial mapping, research design, and evidence-based conservation work across northern Pakistan.
Amir Khan
Community Outreach & Communications LeadAmir Khan is a Lecturer in the Department of English at FATA University. He holds a BS in English Literature from Edwardes College Peshawar and an MS in English Literature from COMSATS University Islamabad. At Khyber Nature Society, he supports communication, public awareness, community outreach, and youth engagement, helping connect conservation messages with communities, students, and the wider public.
